* What You’ll Do:

*** Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
* Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and CRM
* Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
* Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team
* Follow up consistently to maximize showroom traffic
* Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Dealership experience required (Automotive BDC/Internet Sales only)
* Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
* Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle heavy call volume with professionalism
* Persuasive with a natural knack for sales
* Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
