Field Specialist – Mechanical (Florida)

ASC is looking for a highly accountable, established Sales individual to fill our Outside Sales opening to serve the Florida Region. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, engineers, real‑estate agencies, and distributors to grow market share and increase sales of ASC‑ES products. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Excel at demand generation through solutions selling to achieve sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with ASC‑ES, contractors, engineers, real‑estate agencies, distributors, and industry constituents.
  • Select, demonstrate, and promote the best ASC‑ES product solutions for specific end‑user applications.
  • Partner with real‑estate agency sales teams to ensure sales closure, incremental product placement, and target achievement.
  • Develop new contractor and project prospect pipelines for all ASC‑ES product lines.
  • Establish expertise and train key decision makers to ensure company‑wide buy‑in for ASC‑ES products.
  • Act as front‑line champion for new product rollouts.
  • Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships.
  • Provide field feedback on contractor, engineer, and competition activities.
  • Utilize sales technology such as CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Promote the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools.
  • Maintain a 70% Contractor, 10% Engineer, 10% Distribution, 10% Administrative focus.
  • Manage deliverables to the annual expense budget.
