About the Role

The Senior Director, Named Accounts – Healthcare will lead and coach a team of Healthcare Named Accounts Managers overseeing key enterprise accounts within the Southeast region. The role involves strategic account management, driving sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with field sales to close business with key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and set of tactics to maximize sales into each assigned account.
  • Lead and develop strategies for prospecting and cultivating new sales opportunities.
  • Provide oversight to the team in forecasting sales opportunities accurately and achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with each account.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience successfully leading high‑performing field sales teams over a large geography.
  • Prior experience selling Security or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of current technologies and trends in the security industry.
  • Strong security industry contacts in the prospective customer and influencer communities.
  • Outstanding consultative selling skills and ability to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to create a business plan, build pipeline, forecast, and close business.
  • Experience driving and participating in outbound calling.
  • Experience building demand‑generation plans with marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively at all levels.
