Overview

The Mouse, part of Northwest Exterminating, is recruiting an Outside Sales Professional. The role involves working outdoors, inspecting properties, providing pest control quotes, and building client relationships in the community.

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces; provide accurate quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Communicate the value of services to prospects and convert them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay current with industry trends.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles, equipment, and working in various environments.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Represent Northwest as a brand ambassador—reflecting company values in every customer interaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.

• Training salary of $3,000/month; potential to earn commission thereafter.
• A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for all route assignments.
