Reports To: Sales Director / VP of Sales (North Development)

Location: Miami, FL | Monday-Friday (Weekends as Needed with Advance Notice)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Director and the wider sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with client interactions, and helping drive overall sales efficiency, experience and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Director and sales team
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, goody bags after presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Manage and update customer databases, events and leads on Spark
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events
  • Support sales director and team with inquiries, invoices, and contracts
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and client communications
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns and events
  • Ensure timely communication between the sales team and internal stakeholders
  • Assist barista and gallery manager with events and service as needed.
  • Cover for barista/front desk as needed
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OJice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Spark is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bi-Lingual or Tri-Lingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
