Our client, a rapidly growing luxury mobility and white‑glove hospitality organization, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive strategic territory growth throughout the assigned market. This is a highly visible enterprise sales role focused on developing and expanding relationships throughout the insurance replacement and claims ecosystem.

The successful candidate will focus heavily on building partnerships with large insurance carriers, broker networks, claims organizations, collision repair groups/MSOs, luxury and OEM-certified repair facilities, and other enterprise‑level referral relationships. The organization is investing heavily into market expansion and is seeking a true hunter capable of opening strategic doors, creating new opportunities, and driving measurable territory growth.

At the same time, the ideal candidate must also know how to deepen existing relationships, expand strategic accounts, and position themselves as a trusted long‑term partner within the market. This organization competes through service, responsiveness, relationship quality, and premium customer experience — not price.

Responsibilities:

This individual will focus on expanding enterprise relationships throughout the assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships, increasing market penetration, and driving measurable business growth throughout the insurance replacement ecosystem. The role requires someone highly proactive and relationship‑driven who is comfortable engaging directly with executive‑level stakeholders, networking throughout the market, and consistently developing new opportunities across the region.

Monday and Friday will typically focus on relationship follow‑up, strategic planning, pipeline management, and scheduling meetings throughout the territory. Tuesday through Thursday will primarily involve traveling throughout the market, meeting with enterprise partners, attending networking events, and expanding strategic relationships throughout the region.

Required

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or strategic relationship management experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development success
  • Experience developing and expanding enterprise relationships
  • Executive‑level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities
  • Experience selling premium services or relationship‑driven offerings
  • Highly professional and service‑oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial personality with strong autonomy and self‑management capability
