Position: Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

We are looking for a fantastic Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our clients while helping drive studio growth. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program
, build customer loyalty, and support membership retention.

The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion
, serving as a key membership sales driver for the studio. This role will also support team development
, team building
, and the training and coaching of new front desk hires in membership sales, lead conversion, and member retention
.

Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits

Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications
  • Manages lead outreach and contacts prospective members
  • Serves as a membership sales driver, helping increase Wellness Program conversions and overall studio performance
  • Works on the Marketing Team to support lead conversion strategies and best-demonstrated practices
  • Provides light support with studio social media initiatives
  • Assists in developing and building the studio’s social media presence
  • Trains and coaches new front desk hires on membership sales, lead conversion, and membership retention
  • Supports team development and team-building efforts within the studio
  • Demonstrates a team-player mindset and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture
  • Leads by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic
  • Customer service oriented, with a strong focus on member retention
  • Results oriented and metrics driven
  • 1+ years of sales experience required
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and communicate confidently with both internal personnel and customers
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Mindbody software experience is a plus
