Miami's strategic location as a gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean presents enormous business development opportunities in both domestic and international markets. The groundwork is already laid - existing client relationships are ready to be leveraged, and you'll collaborate with colleagues across both the Piper Maddox and Harper Harrison brands.

We're looking for a Recruiter(Sales experienced) who can take ownership of their niche, drive business development, and build long-term client partnerships.

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (up to 40%), with half & full year bonuses
