Sales Representative – Cold Caller

Location:

Miami, FL (Local Client Closing)

Earnings: 100% Commission Only

The Role:

Dial. Meet. Close. We are looking for a heavy hitter
. We don't need "order takers" or "customer service reps." We need a Sales Representative who is a master of the cold call and a shark in the closing room.

You will be responsible for hunting your own leads via aggressive cold calling and then physically going to those businesses in the Miami area to close the contract. If you have a "hunter" mentality and can dominate a conversation from the first hello to the final signature, this is your seat.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Hit the phones daily to build your own pipeline. You are responsible for your own calendar.
  • On-Site Closing: You won't just be a voice on the phone. Once the interest is there, you’ll head out to meet Miami business owners in person to present our value and close the deal.
  • Negotiation: Navigate complex objections and price points. You need to be comfortable asking for the money and handling the "let me think about it" with ease.
  • Relationship Management: Use your Miami charm to turn a cold lead into a long-term partner.
The Must-Haves
  • The "Closer" Pedigree: You must have a documented history of closing deals. We are looking for someone who has spent years in the trenches of high-pressure sales.
  • Miami Market Knowledge: You know how to talk to local business owners. You’re comfortable navigating everything from Wynwood startups to Brickell firms.
  • Resilience: You view 50 "No's" as just the warm-up for the big "Yes."
  • Professional Presence: Since you’ll be meeting clients in person, you must be able to present yourself and the brand with high energy and professionalism.
  • Reliable Transport: You need to be mobile to get to meetings across the Miami area.
