Originally from the UK, we combine flash-frozen ice cream, cocktails, and live theatre—delivered through high-energy carts, parlours, and kiosks across premium venues, malls, hotels, stadiums, and events.

Bubbice is led by Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur Rob Huysinga, a proven founder who has successfully built and scaled multiple businesses. Prior to launching Bubbice, Rob founded Pan-n-Ice and Bubba Oasis in the UK—growing them to well over 100 employees and establishing a strong presence in the experiential food and hospitality space.

Now bringing that experience and track record to the U.S., Rob is focused on building Bubbice into a category-defining brand.

After building a global following with millions of social media views, Bubbice launched in Miami in 2025 and is now expanding rapidly across Florida and the U.S. with kiosks, carts, stadium locations, and experiential activations.

Our clients include Hard Rock Stadium, Soho House, and 1 Hotels, and we are on track to deliver hundreds of events annually.

Alongside an ambitious retail rollout across prime locations from Brickell through to Aventura Mall, and a growing licensing footprint across the U.S., our focus is clear: to establish Bubbice as a go-to experience across events, malls, parlours, and hotels nationwide through our owned locations, activations, and licensing partnerships.

Our goals are bold:

50 locations through parlors, concessions and licenses within 36 months

Beyond business, spreading joy sits at the heart of everything we do. Each month, we visit children’s hospitals across South Florida, bringing complimentary ice cream experiences to patients and families—reinforcing our commitment to positivity, community, and creating moments that matter.

What You Will Do Event Sales and Partnerships
  • Secure bookings across private events, corporate events, festivals, and activations
  • Build relationships with event planners, agencies, hotels, venues, and brands
  • Position Bubbice in top‑tier events and experiences
  • Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop repeat clients and long‑term relationships
  • Support the growth of licensing partnerships across the U.S. with hotels, resorts, properties, and hospitality groups
B2B Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and proactively target new business opportunities across events, hospitality, and corporate partnerships
  • Build and develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers across venues, brands, and hospitality groups
  • Drive outbound sales efforts, including outreach, meetings, and relationship development
  • Create and manage a pipeline of high‑value B2B opportunities
  • Position Bubbice as a go‑to partner for experiential activations and events
  • Convert new business opportunities into long‑term partnerships and recurring revenue
Revenue Ownership
  • Drive consistent weekly and monthly event revenue
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings efficiently
