In-Home Sales & Tech Support

Location:

local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not remote.

Pay: $21.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, $35 phone stipend and sales commission.

Schedule:

Part‑time, 5 evenings per week, 4:05PM to 9:00PM. Hours may vary; flexibility required.

Entry‑level position for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and want hands‑on sales experience. You will provide customer service, troubleshoot technology issues, and sell products while traveling to customer homes.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home or in‑office, delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.
• Solve:
  Diagnose and resolve customers’ technical issues, providing clear solutions.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions, using negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
• Travel:
  Drive up to 120 miles one‑way to scheduled appointments, maintaining a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Maintain communication:
  Keep in touch via personal cellphone during the shift.
• Adhere to company safety and health protocols when visiting customer homes.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with target‑driven performance.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); ability to travel up to 120 miles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable around household pets and adaptable to varied schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Motivated, open‑minded, and eager to learn.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions, paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• Three weeks of paid training.
• Early access to earned pay.
