Overview
Join Continental Flowers as a Wholesale Sales Account Manager. Learn all about flowers, the trends that define them, and the vibrant national marketplace. You will build relationships with your assigned clients across the United States in a B2B, repeat sales role with a client list of about 50-70 clients. This is a commission-based role requiring motivation and ambition to grow professionally and financially.
Responsibilities- Manage a client list of about 50-70 clients located outside of South Florida across the United States.
- Conduct B2B, repeat sales by building relationships and offering Continental Flowers products.
- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, messenger, and other web platforms; excellent written and oral skills are required.
- Sell perishable flowers within a few days of arrival; stay alert, fast-moving, and dynamic.
- Innovate and improve by researching client needs, anticipating requirements, and growing the business.
- Travel to clients and attend trade shows. Be professional with strong presentation skills and able to socialize and network at industry functions.
- Operate from the company office in Doral with the stated schedule.
- Friendly and talkative, organized, solid computer literacy, negotiation habits, and the ability to listen, learn, and follow up with clients.
- College degree and prior sales experience is a plus.
- You will be trained on relationship management and sales techniques specific to the industry.
- The role is based out of the company’s office in Doral. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and every third Saturday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
