We process $70M+ per month helping US wholesalers — electronics, luxury goods, jewelry, apparel — accept fast payments from Latin American distributors. Our platform is insured by Lloyds of London and partnered with FDIC-insured banks. We are growing fast, and we are looking for the people who will grow with us.
The RoleYou are a warm welcoming door to Shield in Miami. You go where the customers are — offices, showrooms, warehouses, industry events, Shield events — and you bring wholesalers onto our platform. You build real relationships, not just a pipeline. You understand what it means to earn someone's trust in a high‑stakes financial conversation and you know how to close. This is a full‑time as volume grows.

- Visit wholesale businesses in Miami — electronics, jewelry, apparel, freight, closeouts — that Shield helps you identify and bring them onto Shield
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Help Shield at coordinate and execute industry events and trade gatherings
- Work closely with the founding team on go‑to‑market strategy and feedback from the field
- Track your pipeline and activity in Hub Spot
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally at a startup or fast‑moving company
- Fluent in English and Spanish — you can pitch and close in both
- Comfortable walking into a room cold and walking out with a contact, a meeting, or a signed deal
- Active online — you understand how to use Linked In, Whats App as sales tools and super fast responsiveness
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and allergic to excuses
- Drawn to fintech, payments, or the wholesale trade world — or eager to learn it fast
- Experience in wholesale, freight, or import/export is a strong plus
- $5,000/month base, opportunity for equity after first year
- Recurring volume‑based bonuses — your earnings grow as the customers you bring transact more
