Pop - Up Event Assistant

The Bizarre Agency is seeking a Brand Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity with on-site training provided, making it ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to build experience in brand promotion, customer engagement, sales, and marketing.

• Represent brands professionally at events, retail locations, shopping centers, and other high-traffic venues
• Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness, loyalty, and interest
• Demonstrate products and services clearly while explaining features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Deliver a positive customer experience through personalized, face-to-face interactions
• Support customer acquisition efforts by promoting products and helping customers make informed decisions
• Contribute to team goals by meeting performance expectations and sales objectives
• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and live brand events
• Gather customer feedback and market insight to support future campaign strategy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working in fast-paced public-facing environments
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally
• Previous experience in customer service, promotions, sales, retail, events, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
