We are representing a wholesale distributor of souvenirs seeking a Trade Show Sales Representative to support inside sales and represent our products at trade shows across the U.S.
This is an entry-level sales role for someone comfortable with high call volume, customer interaction, and frequent travel. When not traveling, the role is office-based and focused on outbound calling and customer follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound and follow-up sales calls daily
- Contact existing customers and warm leads to promote products and take orders
- Enter orders and update customer information in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with customer follow-up and administrative tasks
- Travel nationwide to attend trade shows and represent company products
- Engage attendees, collect leads, and support booth operations
- Follow up on trade show leads after events
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or similar roles
- Comfortable making back-to-back outbound phone calls
- Willing and able to travel domestically for trade shows (including occasional weekends)
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, data entry)
- Office-based when not traveling
- Fast-paced, repetitive sales environment
- Trade shows may involve long days and standing for extended periods
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales and trade shows
