We are seeking a driven, proactive B2B Sales Professional (Hunter mentality) with experience in the commercial door hardware, locksmith wholesale, or division 8/building materials industry. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who possesses strong technical aptitude, is completely fluent in both English and Spanish, and has full availability to travel to open new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/leads
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify new business opportunities in the commercial market
- 5+ years of sales experience (Division 8 / commercial hardware / construction industry strongly preferred)
- Fully bilingual:
English and Spanish - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Genuine desire to learn, grow professionally, and develop personally
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proactive & Driven by "Necessity" (Hungry for Success): You must be a high-energy self-starter with a strong inner drive to hit targets and close deals. We need someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, but proactively creates opportunities, follows up relentlessly, and has a personal necessity to succeed and grow economically with us.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps: Strong hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is required. You must know how to use Excel (for tracking pipelines, client lists, and basic pricing quotes),
Outlook (for professional email communication),
Word
, and Teams to stay connected with the Miami headquarters while you are on the road. - Proven "Hunter" Sales
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a track record of heavy cold-calling, door-knocking, and turning cold leads into active, buying accounts. You must be comfortable handling rejection and pushing through to close the deal. - Absolute Availability and Willingness to Travel: Full flexibility to travel out-of-state (primarily the Florida-to-Texas corridor) approximately 20% of the time. You must be organized enough to proactively manage your own travel schedule, flights, and hotel logistics.
- High Learning Agility & Technical Aptitude: A strong commitment and ability to study, memorize, and master a deeply technical product lineup. You must be eager to become a technical expert, not just a catalog-dropper.
