Sales Engineer

Job Context:
The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and the specific needs of our clients.

• Translate technical features into business benefits for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
• Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers at customer organizations.
• Gain a deep understanding of Simpro product and technical intricacies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our offering.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements.
