International Sales Area Supervisor

International Sales Area Supervisor – Miami, FL | Full‑Time | On‑Site | International Travel Required

We are a market‑leading medical device company with an established international footprint. We're looking for a driven International Sales Area Supervisor to own and grow revenue across assigned global territories – working out of our Miami, FL headquarters with regular travel to visit and develop distributor relationships on the ground.

• Drive all sales and business development activity across assigned international territories and build a distribution channel for each product line.
• Actively prospect, contact, and convert existing/new distributor and client opportunities; manage the full pipeline from lead to close.
• Promote and market company products and services to current and potential clients; identify and follow up on all leads and referrals.
• Develop deep product knowledge and deliver training to distributors and clients as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed short- and long‑term revenue objectives.

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
• Medical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able and willing to travel internationally to visit distributors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self‑directed, highly motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify and resolve client concerns.
