Postr is looking for a strong B2B business development professional who can bring in new brand and agency clients, manage qualified opportunities, and use Hub Spot at a high level to keep the sales pipeline organized, trackable, and moving. This person should have an existing B2B network they can activate, strong outbound and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work closely with marketing, the CRO, AEs, and Client Services to convert high-intent leads into active Postr clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B selling, knows how to use Hub Spot for outreach and pipeline management, and can help Postr grow through both relationship-driven sales and disciplined CRM execution. Postr’s revenue system depends on routing high-intent leads to the CRO/AEs, managing qualified outbound responses, discovery calls, campaign consultations, and deal closing.

B2B Client Acquisition

Use your existing B2B network and experience to identify, contact, and bring in qualified brands, advertisers, agencies, restaurants, hospitality groups, fitness brands, beauty brands, events, franchise groups, and other businesses that could benefit from Postr’s creator marketplace. Postr’s ideal brand targets include SMB brands, regional businesses, multi-location businesses, consumer brands, restaurants, hospitality groups, agencies, and similar advertisers.

Manage leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, sequences, notes, lifecycle stages, and follow-ups inside Hub Spot. The candidate must be able to keep the CRM clean, current, and actionable so leadership can clearly see pipeline, deal status, follow-up activity, and revenue opportunities.

Lead Follow-Up and Qualification

Respond quickly to qualified leads, positive replies, demo requests, pricing inquiries, and high-intent opportunities. Sales response should be fast, personalized, and focused on clarifying use case, urgency, campaign goals, budget, and the correct onboarding path.

Outbound Sales Execution

Build and execute outbound sales motions to targeted B2B prospects. This includes prospecting, personalized outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, campaign consultations, and moving qualified opportunities through the pipeline.

Network-Driven Revenue Growth

Leverage personal and professional B2B relationships to create warm introductions, generate sales conversations, and convert new brand clients onto Postr.

Sales and Marketing Coordination

Work closely with marketing on lead generation, creator/category demand signals, campaign performance, and brand-industry demand. Marketing tracks creator categories and brand demand so sales can identify which brands to pursue based on the types of creators coming into the platform.

Revenue Reporting

Track activity, pipeline, opportunities, meetings, SQLs, conversion rates, and revenue impact. Sales dashboards should support visibility into outreach volume, reply rate, meeting rate, SQL conversion, pipeline generated, revenue generated, response time, and conversion by person.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Hub Spot experience
  • Existing B2B network that can be used to bring in potential clients
  • Experience with outbound sales, lead qualification, and follow-up
  • Comfortable selling to brands, agencies, local businesses, regional businesses, or multi-location businesses
  • Strong understanding of CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, deal tracking, and follow-up tasks
  • Ability to work with marketing-generated leads and convert qualified opportunities into sales conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to move quickly, respond to leads fast, and keep leadership updated
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling SaaS, marketplace platforms, creator/influencer marketing, advertising, media, partnerships, or marketing services
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, hospitality groups, restaurants, fitness brands, beauty brands, events, or franchise groups
  • Experience using Hub Spot sequences, workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, and reporting
  • Experience with discovery calls, campaign consultations, pricing conversations, and closing deals
  • Strong local, regional, or national B2B relationships
Compensation
  • This is a commission-based Business Development Representative role with compensation tied directly to closed deals and recurring customer revenue.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven B2B salesperson who knows how to use Hub Spot as a true revenue system, not just a contact database. They should be able to bring their own network to the table, create new client opportunities, manage follow-up without being reminded, and keep every lead and deal properly tracked.
  • They should understand how to sell Postr as a creator marketplace and campaign platform that helps brands access creators, launch campaigns faster, simplify campaign management, and track performance in real time.
