Description
The Junior Account Executive supports the Sales team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with Eberjey's key accounts and specialty retail partners. This role helps create an elevated Eberjey experience across accounts by supporting the sales team, order execution, and ongoing account communications, while ensuring the brand is represented consistently and thoughtfully online. The Junior Account Executive will collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive business, support key initiatives, and contribute to the growth of accounts while balancing brand integrity and sales goals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate to support our sales team. This person must be hard-working, dedicated, and eager to learn. They should be able to take initiative as well as understand and embrace accountability.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage market preparation, including line sheets, swatch cards, samples, and showroom setup.
- Support senior Wholesale team members in managing day-to-day major wholesale account needs, including order entry, follow-ups, and account communications.
- Maintain organized records in sales systems (e.g., Joor, NuORDER, internal inventory trackers) and ensure data integrity
- Work with specialty stores to continue to grow the business by account and maintain relationships with buyers.
- Ensure the brand is represented thoughtfully and consistently across all online platforms.
- Provide administrative and operational sales support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where roles often flex as needed
- Act as a brand ambassador in all account interactions, ensuring the Eberjey brand aesthetic and values are consistently represented
- 1-3 years experience in apparel or intimates wholesale sales
- Joor and/or NuOrder experience preferred
- Proactive attitude a must
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
