We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This is a hybrid/on-site SDR role that combines outbound prospecting with in-person client meetings and relationship building.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through both remote outreach and face‑to‑face interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target industries
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to engage decision‑makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams
  • Attend in‑person client meetings, site visits, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present staffing/recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets
Requirements
  • Must be based in Miami
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer‑facing roles, or lead generation
  • Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Willingness and ability to attend in‑person client visits and meetings
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable in a hybrid/on‑site role
  • Ability to manage both remote outreach and field‑based sales activities
