We are recruiting a Sr. New Equipment Sales Account Manager, Major Projects for Miami territory. The main goal of the role is to lead a team to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental new equipment projects.
Responsibilities- Ensure the business achieves both short term and long‑term revenue targets
- Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, securing increased long‑lasting business
- Engage and lead the sales force, increasing capability and productivity
- Work closely with the operational leads to optimize sales & marketing strategy
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, managing sales activity & forecasts
- Assist the team with networking, pricing, bids and tenders
- Manage and optimize the use of digital tools
- You have a business or technical degree and 7 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of experience
- You have a proven track record in a sales management role, within a similar industry (construction/ facilities management/ HVAC/ fire & security/ service/ M&E)
- You are results focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
- You possess successful experience motivating sales teams through collaborative and inclusive leadership
- You display a strategic mindset with the ability to deliver short term goals and reach longer term objectives
- Your ability to listen to customers, your team spirit and your operational excellence will make a positive difference to the Otis business
