Opportunity

Parts Sales Manager to lead OEM & aftermarket sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share within the assigned territory. The role combines strategic account management and sales leadership in a player‑coach environment, balancing team leadership with direct customer engagement and key account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and aftermarket growth initiatives to expand market share and strengthen market penetration within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic account plans while managing sales pipelines, opportunities, and forecasting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with service, equipment sales, and internal teams to support overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Lead and support sales, product, technical, and customer service training initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in customer events, product promotions, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
  • Proven experience in HVAC parts sales, including 3–5 years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies, product promotions, and training initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, sales operations, pipeline management, and customer relationship management practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general sales technology tools.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally within the assigned territory as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Bi‑lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence customers and vendors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.
Other Skills/Abilities Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Environmental Requirements

Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
