• We believe in investing heavily in our people. That’s why we provide a 15-week structured training program designed to turn entry-level recruits into top-producing brokers.
• $600 base salary per week + commissions
• Top 10% earn $1,200+ per week during training
• $700 base salary per week + commissions;
  Top 10% earn $2,500+ per week
• Senior Broker (average 4–8 months to achieve): $865 base salary per week + commissions;
  Top 10% earn $5,000+ per week
