Territory Account Executive – Miami, FL

The Territory Account Executive is a mid-level sales representative who thrives on consultative selling and driving growth. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business with property owners, managers, and asset teams.

This is a perfect role for a strong seller that wants exposure to more complex, enterprise level selling. You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by robust marketing support, clear playbooks, and a huge referenceable customer base. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys creating business, not just taking it. Understanding a customer’s operations and crafting digital solutions that drive measurable NOI and tenant satisfaction will be key to success.

Functions
  • Prospect and Develop:
    Identify and engage target accounts within assigned territory, focusing on Class A/B properties, medical office portfolios, and retail centers.
  • Customer Discovery:
    Conduct consultative discovery to uncover property-level challenges (way finding, marketing, tenant engagement, advertising revenue).
  • Solution Selling:
    Present customized digital signage, kiosks, and software bundles that align with customer budgets and business goals.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene; use mutual action plans and forecasting best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, project management, and content teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Territory Planning:
    Execute annual and quarterly territory plans focused on new logo acquisition, portfolio penetration, and strategic accounts.
  • Trade Shows & Networking:
    Represent Touch Source at regional ICSC, BOMA, and other real estate events.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/hardware hybrid environments.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota through consultative or enterprise-style selling.
  • Ability to articulate ROI, capital vs. operating budget impacts, and advertising revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of regional CRE ecosystems (developers, REITs, property managers, healthcare systems) is a plus.
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust with executives and operations teams alike.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and virtual demo tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Energetic self-starter who enjoys autonomy, territory ownership, and growth accountability.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $ per year

On-Target Earnings: $130k – $185k
