• At least2–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  (mattress industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent follow-up skills (calls, messages, and emails) to convert leads into sales and build long-term relationships with customers
• Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products
• Ability to quickly learn and confidently present product knowledge.

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods
• Comfortable using technology (tablets, CRM systems, scheduling tools)

• Consistently meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
• Deliver a personalized and high-quality in-store shopping experience
• Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails to convert leads into sales
• Maintain strong product knowledge across sleep products.
• Manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Use sales systems, CRM tools, and order management systems effectively
