Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will drive top-of-funnel growth for Napkin Deals by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential sellers, buyers, and broker partners. This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role that blends traditional relationship selling with AI-assisted prospecting tools. You will be the first human touchpoint for many of our clients.

• Execute outbound campaigns targeting business owners exploring exits
• Qualify inbound leads generated by AI sales agents and the platform
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sell-side and buy-side clients
• Partner with M&A advisors to hand off qualified opportunities
• Represent Napkin at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign messaging and collateral
• Track all activity and pipeline data in CRM systems

• 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with comfort in high-volume outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami metro area (hybrid optional)

• + Experience in financial services, M&A, or B2B SaaS sales
• + Existing network in South Florida or Latin American business communities
• + Spanish or Portuguese language skills
• + Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting or intent-data platforms

Base salary of $55,000–$75,000 USD plus uncapped commission on sourced deal engagements. Top performers earn $120,000–$180,000+ in total compensation. Full benefits, PTO, and quarterly travel budget.
