Position: Account Executive

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $75,000/year + Uncapped Commission

Experience: Prior experience in a service-focused industry (construction, commercial plumbing, commercial roofing, commercial HVAC, commercial janitorial, property management restoration, etc.)

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Ability to attend after-hours events such as trade shows, social networking events, etc.)

HH Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Are you experienced in industries like construction, commercial plumbing, commercial roofing, commercial janitorial, property management, restoration, or similar service trades? Do you enjoy working directly with people and building strong business relationships? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who thrives in a hands-on, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the service industry and is comfortable with field outreach, customer engagement, and long-term relationship building to drive business growth.

Job Description
  • Perform door-to-door outreach and local networking to generate new leads and promote our services.
  • Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers across various property and service sectors.
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business or project goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team growth.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen brand presence and create new business opportunities.
  • Position Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Prior experience in a service-focused industry (construction, commercial plumbing, commercial roofing, commercial HVAC, commercial janitorial, property management restoration, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with face-to-face sales and field-based outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.
