Territory Manager - Sports, Fields, and Grounds

What You’ll Do

As a Territory Manager, you’ll own your territory from prospecting to post‑delivery follow‑up, delivering outstanding service while consistently exceeding sales goals.

Full‑time

Covers 3 counties in the south Florida region to include Broward, Miami‑Dade, and Monroe counties.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for whole goods and parts
• Proactively prospect and grow new and existing accounts
• Build strong relationships with municipalities, public sports fields, and city/county/state stakeholders
• Prepare and present professional quotes, bids, and proposals
• Demonstrate equipment and train end‑users on proper operation
• Manage the full sales cycle—from quoting and order entry to delivery and follow‑up
• Track activity and maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and the Toro Extranet
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan; report regularly to the Sales Director
• Collaborate closely with Service Managers, Field Service Advisors, and dealer partners
• Stay knowledgeable on competitor products, pricing, and market trends
• Represent Wesco Turf at trade shows, demos, and industry events
• Maintain company‑provided assets, including vehicle, laptop, phone, and demo equipment

• High school diploma (required)
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related support/administrative role
• Knowledge of the sports fields & grounds industry strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
• Spanish‑speaking ability a plus
