We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Kettal North America (Miami)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

• Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable
