Stratus Clean Miami is expanding fast—and we’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to help grow our commercial cleaning and facility services portfolio. About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will identify, develop, and close new commercial cleaning accounts across industries including office, healthcare, education, industrial, automotive, and mixed‑use facilities. You’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work closely with operations teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success.
This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions‑oriented sales professional who excels at building trust and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect & develop new business across multiple industries
- Conduct site walkthroughs
, needs assessments, and in‑person meetings - Build strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision‑makers
- Develop proposals & pricing tailored to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
- Maintain CRM activity
