Client Care Coordinator

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role requires a meticulous approach and strong communication skills, as you will be handling various marketing tasks and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate and proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with brokers to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.

- Create and assemble offering memorandums and tour books for client presentations.

- Coordinate and order signage for property listings.

- Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator extensively to design marketing materials.

- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines.

- Leverage commercial real estate experience to provide valuable insights and contributions.

- Manage and organize marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with at least 2 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

- Previous experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred.
