The Role (Read this carefully)This is not a typical sales role.
You will be speaking with founders who are:
- Building venture‑scale companies
- Raising capital
- Making structural decisions that impact their future
Your job is to understand their context deeply and guide them to the right decisions

You are not selling services. You are helping founders set up their company the right way.
What Winning Looks Like- You build trust with founders in the first call
- You can break down complex topics (tax, structure, fundraising) into clear decisions
- You move deals forward with urgency and clarity
- You own your pipeline end-to-end without dropping balls
- Founders see you as a partner, not a salesperson
- Fluent English (you will operate in global conversations)
- Experience in consultative sales, advisory, or founder‑facing roles
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem (VC, fundraising, structures)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems fast
- High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Background in startups, venture capital, or fundraising
- Knowledge of U.S. tax, incorporation, compliance
- Legal background (corporate / VC law)
- Experience working with international founders
- You enjoy working directly with founders
- You think in systems, not scripts
- You're fast, sharp, and highly reliable
- You care about doing things right, not just closing deals
- You want to be in a high-performance, no-BS environment
- You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, and advisory
- You’ll get exposure to how startups are structured and funded
- You’ll work with ambitious founders across markets
- You’ll grow faster than in any traditional sales role
- You need scripts and rigid processes
- You’re only motivated by closing, not helping
- You struggle with complexity or ambiguity
- You don’t enjoy founder conversations
