We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Rep to support both new business growth and client servicing in a relationship‑focused environment. You will work directly with clients to educate them on coverage, review policies, and provide tailored solutions while maintaining strong follow‑up and communication. You’ll work a Mon‑Fri schedule with evenings and weekends off, receive warm leads, and be part of a supportive, family‑oriented team that values your contributions and growth.
- $17–$19 per hour based on experience

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop insurance quotes and close new business
- Review and explain coverage options to clients
- Conduct policy reviews and updates
- Make outbound calls and follow up consistently
Provide excellent service to new and existing clients
- An active 4‑40 license is a bonus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong follow‑up and relationship‑building ability
- Attention to detail and organization
