The Opportunity

Meson is launching in the United States — and we’re looking for the person to lead it.

We need a senior real estate operator who can own the US market end-to-end: build the team, drive revenue, develop partnerships, and become the face of Meson in America. You’ll report directly to the founder, have full autonomy over the US operation, and share in the profit you create.

Meson works with real estate businesses to manage, nurture, and convert leads  combine people, process, and technology to help agents, brokerages, and developers turn their databases into revenue.

Founded in Australia, Meson has grown from a one-person side hustle to a ~50-person team trusted by over 500 clients. The US expansion is our biggest strategic move yet.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Meson’s end-to-end launch and growth in the United States, starting in Miami
  • Build, manage, and scale a local team — appointment setters, SDRs, sales, and account management
  • Drive revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound channels, and strategic partnerships with brokerages, portals, and developers
  • Be the face of Meson in the US real estate industry — attend events, speak at conferences, build the brand
  • Leverage your existing network of agents, teams, brokerages, and industry players to accelerate growth
  • Implement and refine sales processes, KPIs, and performance management systems
  • Lead marketing initiatives, local activations, and industry sponsor ships
  • Work directly with the founder on strategy, pricing, go-to-market, and product-market fit for the US
Who You Are
  • Deep US real estate background — brokerage, proptech, real estate services, portals, or large team leadership
  • Proven team builder — you’ve hired, trained, and scaled sales teams that consistently hit targets
  • Well-connected — your phone is full of agents, brokers, and decision-makers in real estate
  • Commercially sharp — you understand unit economics, margins, CAC, LTV, and what drives profitable growth
  • Entrepreneurial operator — you thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments where you own outcomes, not just tasks
  • Market launcher — bonus if you’ve opened a new market, launched a product, or built a division from scratch
Compensation
  • OTE: ~$200,000 (base performance bonus)
  • Profit share:
    Participate in the upside of the US operation you build
