As part of our continued growth, we are seeking full-time, highly motivated Sales Representatives to support two established territories in the Miami market.

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the sales process, preferably within the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales within an existing customer base
• Develop new accounts through company-provided leads and proactive outreach
• Deliver superior customer service and product expertise
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including call schedules, expense reports, and performance metrics
• Travel within the assigned territory, visiting customers in person a minimum of 5 days per week to build strong relationships and support sales growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the marine or related industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be domiciled within the specified region to ensure effective coverage and engagement with local clients
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
