We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Sales Representatives to join our Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a competitive, performance‑driven environment and are looking for unlimited earning potential.

No MCA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training on our products, sales process, CRM systems, and funding platforms to help set you up for success.

• Prospect and generate new business through company‑provided leads, cold calling, texting, emailing, and networking
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified merchant clients
• Understand client needs and present customized funding solutions
• Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and funding process
• Maintain consistent follow‑up to close deals and develop long‑term relationships
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the company CRM

• Previous sales experience preferred (MCA or financial sales experience is a strong plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced sales environment
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed financially
• Comfortable handling objections and building client relationships
