Entry-Level Business Development Manager – Commercial Services ($60,000–$70,000 Base Salary + Commission)

• Develop and maintain service and repair accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers.
• Manage and grow commercial service accounts within your territory.
• Conduct client site visits and build relationships with property managers and building owners.
• Identify repair and modernization opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• A self‑starter mindset with attention to detail and strong follow‑up habits.
• The ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Location:

Miami – local travel required to client sites and projects.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
