We’ve built a strong DTC presence on Amazon and Chewy, and now we’re expanding into retail. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead that charge — building our wholesale engine from the ground up and getting Taily into 1,000+ stores across the country.
The RoleWe’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager who can lead people, processes, and partnerships. You’ll manage a remote sales team overseas, own our B2B systems, and drive partnerships with pet stores, boutiques, groomers, and distributors.
This is a startup environment — fast‑moving, high‑impact, and ideal for someone who loves turning strategy into results.
What You’ll Do- Manage and mentor a team of remote Sales Development Reps and Lead Gen Assistants.
- Build relationships with independent retailers, chains, and distributors.
- Oversee our CRM (Hub Spot), Spark Layer wholesale portal, and call systems.
- Create reports tracking leads, calls, conversions, and reorders.
- Optimize scripts, outreach workflows, and follow‑up sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions, packaging, and POS.
Represent Taily at trade shows and retail events.
Who You Are- A results‑driven sales leader with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experienced in B2B or wholesale sales (CPG or pet industry preferred).
- Confident managing remote teams and CRM pipelines.
- Strategic, data‑minded, and comfortable getting your hands dirty.
Based in or near Miami, FL, and ready to work in‑office with flexibility.
Qualifications- 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record managing reps and driving revenue.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Hub Spot, and calling tools like Aircall or Just Call.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Bonus: experience with trade shows, distributor programs, or retail launches.
- Lead the wholesale expansion of one of the fastest‑growing pet supplement brands.
- Build and scale your own sales infrastructure from day one.
- Competitive base salary ($70K–$85K) + performance bonuses.
