Automotive BDC Representative

Job Description BDC Representative / Appointment Setter Romano Auto Sales – Miami, FLA

You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping turn opportunities into appointments and sales.

• Contact new and existing leads via phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Follow up daily with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership but have not yet purchased.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals for appointments and customer follow-up.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or automotive BDC is a plus.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Organized, responsible, and goal‑oriented.
