The Biltmore Hotel in Miami is seeking a Catering Administrator to support sales and catering operations. The position involves significant customer contact by phone and in person, along with administrative tasks such as organizing supplies, handling inquiries, and managing client proposals.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of clerical experience, preferably in hospitality, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Delphi Sales software is a plus.
