Full‑time Sales Representative

We are hiring entry‑level representatives in Casselberry, FL to attract new customers to our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.

A full‑time role offers significant income growth with average earnings of $65,000–$75,000+ per year plus uncapped commissions. A draw ensures steady pay from the first day, and earnings grow directly with sales performance.

You will canvass neighborhoods, engage with potential customers, increase interest in our high‑quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services, and work independently. Time management and problem‑solving skills are a must.

You will engage homeowners, learn their remodeling needs, perform roof inspections, explain solutions, and encourage service bookings. Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Monday through Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm. Seasonal Saturdays may be required from 9:00 am–2:00 pm.

• 18 + years of age
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Must pass a background check and drug screening test
