What You’ll Do- Schedule jobs per re‑occurring tickets.
- Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/tickets
- Schedule approved estimates
- Dispatch technicians
- Create estimates as needed
- Create invoices when needed
- Parts knowledge
- Scheduling / dispatching experience
- Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in construction or trades office settings
- Sales and marketing support
- Paid holidays
