You’ll be responsible for winning new business, qualifying client needs, understanding candidate motivations, and pitching tailored recruitment solutions that deliver results on both sides.

The OpportunityAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle:
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Questioning and qualifying client needs, challenges, and growth plans
- Pitching your services and positioning yourself as a trusted partner
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fully understand their wants and career goals
- Managing offers, negotiations, and closing deals
- Building a specialist market in SAP, Salesforce, or Data
You’ll effectively operate as your own business within the business with full training, leadership support, and clear progression.

- $55-60k base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE ~ $85k-95K, Year 2 OTE~ 100k+)
