Management Trainee

• Competitive Compensation:
  Targeted 1st year annual compensation $60,005.00, based on hourly rate $23.55 plus overtime, with an average 46‑hour work week.
• Paid Time Off: 5 days upon hire, total 12 days first year, plus 6 holidays.

As a Management Training Program (MTP) employee, you will learn Enterprise’s business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Over the structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In this hands‑on learning environment, you will receive mentorship and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships for your future business.

We will train you in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while emphasizing a customer‑first mindset and a culture of friendly competition that drives business growth and career success.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6‑month experience in one of the following: sales & customer service (commission sales, retail, hospitality); leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
