Job Summary

The Auto Nation Experienced Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles, meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards set by America’s largest automotive retailer.

• Sell new and used vehicles, achieving gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume goals.
• Build and manage a book of business through consultative selling and follow‑up with customers.
• Set and meet targeted personal income goals in line with Auto Nation’s productivity standards.
• Leverage Auto Nation’s CRM, equity‑mining tools, and access to a national inventory of over 100,000 vehicles to secure sales.
• Utilize the network of preferred lenders to finance customers.

• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Over one year of automotive sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
