Construction Sales Rep – Staffing | $60K–$80K Base + Uncapped Commission

Location: Miami-Dade & Broward County

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

OTE: $90,000 – $140,000+

Work Style: Outside Sales | Job Site Visits | Territory-Based

We are hiring a field-driven Construction Sales Representative to grow our staffing business across South Florida.

This is a true outside sales role – you will be in the field daily visiting job sites, building relationships, and generating new business.

You will be selling construction staffing solutions to contractors, subcontractors, and project teams that need reliable labor and skilled trades.

• Prospect and develop new business within the construction industry
• Visit active job sites, offices, and yards to identify opportunities
• Build relationships with:
  • Project Managers
  • Superintendents
  • Operations Managers
  • Owners / Decision Makers
• Schedule and run in-person meetings
• Present staffing solutions for:
  • General labor
  • Skilled trades
  • Project-based workforce needs
• Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up
• Partner with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs

• 1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong preference for candidates with:
  • Construction sales experience
    • Staffing (construction or light industrial)
    • Heavy equipment rental sales
    • Building materials or subcontractor background
• Existing relationships in construction is a major plus
• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Comfortable working in the field daily
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated and accountable
• Reliable transportation required
• Bilingual English / Spanish required

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
