Armina Stone is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Architectural & Design (A&D) Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, general contractors, and property owners in the luxury residential and commercial construction markets.

As a member of our growing team, you will represent one of South Florida's premier stone fabrication and installation companies, offering natural stone, quartz, porcelain, custom surfaces, and premium fabrication services for some of the region's most notable residential and commercial projects.

• Develop new business opportunities within the architectural, design, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, general contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and actively pursue new project opportunities.
• Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, showroom tours, and client meetings.
• Identify and track upcoming construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and sales presentations.
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community events.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a professional presence on social media and represent the Armina Stone brand in the marketplace.
• Ability to work 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday (rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm)
• Assist with showroom consultations and customer selections when needed.

• 3+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, A&D sales, construction sales, building materials, luxury interiors, or related industries.
• Existing relationships within the South Florida architecture, design, construction, or development community preferred.
• Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be based in Miami or South Florida area.

• Natural stone, quartz, porcelain, cabinetry, luxury interiors, kitchen & bath, commercial construction, hospitality, or multifamily development.
• Active involvement in industry organizations such as AIA, ASID, IIDA, NKBA, BAMP, ULI, NAIOP, or similar associations.
• English & Spanish speaking a plus.
