Client Advisor - Bal Harbour Boutique

Summary

Deliver personalized, couture-level client service in a luxury boutique by building long-term relationships, driving sales, and maintaining an elevated store presentation. The role centers on clienteling, styling, achieving CRM and KPI targets, and supporting daily store operations.

• Master the client journey and deliver impeccable service from appointment preparation through closing and farewell.
• Proactively engage, grow, and manage a portfolio of clients; implement personalized outreach campaigns and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work to achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets consistently.
• Provide styling advice across categories, stay current on trends, and prepare for client appointments.
• Support merchandise maintenance, replenishment, visual presentation, and liaise with the visual team on displays.
• Handle sales and after‑sales activities including returns, repairs, complaints, and POS transactions.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations such as receiving and shipping when needed.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Bilingual Russian/English.
• Excellent client relationship building, verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Action oriented, results driven, and a strong team player.
