As an Account Development Representative, you’ll be the pipeline engine for privatized events and the owner of our group tickets revenue stream. You’ll qualify and nurture inbound interest, craft targeted outbound plays, and close group ticket deals while sharpening sales methodologies that fuel growth.
What success looks like in your first year:- 3 months: Ramp up product knowledge, tools, and messaging. Start closing first deals and hit pipeline targets.
- 6 months: Consistently generate qualified opportunities, improve conversion rates through disciplined follow-up and data-driven iteration.
- 12 months: Become a go-to revenue contributor with a repeatable playbook, strong partnerships, and promotion-ready.
- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’ privatized events.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to align team targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and share insights.
- Track and report on key KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on data.
- Act as ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school.
- Proven experience in sales development or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Entrepreneurial can‑do attitude.
- Self‑starter comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Creative thinker who makes data‑driven decisions.
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Attractive compensation package with starting OTE of $80,000.
